Summary: 1 Stars You may ask why wouldn't one want to buy it if it works so well. Here's why: It wakes you up every now and then when you switch for your left side to your right side during your sleep. My wife bought the sona pillow to stop me from turning on the chainsaw at night(I was told that my snoring sounded like a chainsaw). I felt very bad about my snoring. I tried almost every thing except surgery to stop it. Nothing seemed to work so far. Perhaps losing weight worked the best so far. Luckily my wife slept through the night just fine (18 years and going). I was skeptical when I heard the Sona Pillow advertisement in KGO. I will do anything for my wife. I really use the pillow for a whole week properly according to the instruction. It woke me every single time when I switch sides. My wife told me this action woke her up more then from the snoring. I finally switched back to use my Tempur Pedic Memory Foam Pillow for this last weekend...ahhh that's comfort! The Sona Pillow didn't even deserve a star if there's a lower rating I could pick. The worse part is that I got stuck with this piece of ##. I knew something is fishy when the salesperson from BrookStone stamped the receipt with "all sales final" and specifically told me that there will be no return allowed because the pillow is a personal hygiene item. He insisted that the pillow work very well if used properly. I saw someone else buying one when we got ours. Darm it. I hope this review would steer you away from the sales pitch and the advertisement hype about this pillow. Don't be fool. Make sure you can returning it if it doesn't work before you buy it. Like buying it from amazon just like one of reviewer said. Don't buy from BrookStone. The pillow does keep you on your side very well. It would probably work for you if you can sleep through the night on your side without switching.
