Customer Review: High end detergent for your high end dishwasher

At $12+ a box, this stuff isn't cheap. But in my Miele dishwasher, I can easily get away with using half a tab and getting the dishes perfectly clean. Used this way, the Somat detergent tabs are not much more expensive than your average Finish or Cascade product. I like the way these tabs leave a nice clean smell, not one laden with perfume or artificial lemon scent. And there are deals on Amazon if you purchase in multi box quantities, bringing the price down to less than 50 cents a tab or 25 cents a wash. How much can you say about dishwashing detergent, but this stuff is definitely superior to what I had been buying at the grocery store. I had bought Somat's salt and rinse for our Miele dishwasher (only because the manual recommended Somat) and they made a huge improvement in how the dishes were coming out, so I got the tabs too and the dishes look even better. The Somat dishwasher tabs do an excellent job in my Miele dishwasher. Since they are expensive, I really like being able to get them for a reasonable price with free shipping!
