A good alternative to nylon/silicone/plastic tools. I am pleased with this set overall, even though the wood needs regular oiling. They soak up a lot of oil; I've done them 4 or 5 times already even though I only hand wash them. I've been told that eventually there will be enough oil in the wood that it will not soak up any more, and then it will be very water resistant.
