Sticks like crazy! I used "Pam" generously as directed on every surface. My banana bread stuck terribly. And, it was difficult to clean...time-consuming with many surfaces. I may try using the divider to cut some bread AFTER it is cooked. The pan itself is heavy-duty and can be used like any other loaf pan. The divider part is disappointing. We found that this pan worked as advertised. It gave us great, pre-sliced banana bread (or whatever batter bread you want to make), properly baked, with a slightly toasted crust.
