Tired of all those raggy-edged brownies that fall apart? Here's the solution! Husband is actually the baker in the house and loves this pan. We have made brownies, cornbread, and blueberry muffins (rather than put them in a muffin tin, we made them in this gadget) in it so far. You need to bake the items a tiny bit longer than the recipe says.
I have taken one star off because it is a bit hard to clean, but it is worth the trouble. As for the complaints about the small size of the brownies, etc., I find that a positive thing in this era of giant portions. These are more conducive to having a small treat and not consuming a bunch of calories. If you like larger portions, eat two.

I did spray my base pan and divider with non-stick cooking spray and cleanup was a breeze. Yes, the dividers do bend if you scrub at them but I cleaned mine right away after the brownies cooled. No leaking as other described but I will use a cookie sheets on the rack below just in case. Scrubbing an oven is comparable to scrubbing a toilet in my opinion. Some mentioned 4 pieces but mine came with 3. Is there a lid for it that my box was missing?? All in all, impressed with the pan. It was a gift for my 12 year old daughter. I would not have paid this much for it though, being so frugal. Going to try baking banana bread and blueberry bread in it next.Customer Review: Great pan

The only minor negative thing about this pan is that you have to put foil around the bottom or the batter will leak out of the bottom. The pan is a normal size brownie pan (about 8x8), the size of the brownies are a regular serving size, if you think their too small eat two! The pan is non-stick so the brownies come out easily(follow recipe directions for greasing the pan) and it washes easily. The brownies are great because they bake evenly and have nice crusted sides and tops. I am going to experiment and try to make mini cheesecakes and see how they turn out. It is worth the money and does work great for regular brownies and deep dish brownies......Customer Review: Make sure to use a baking sheet underneath this

The concept of this is a great. It is made of non stick metal which can easily be cleaned but it is not very strong and can be bent easily. I wondered how the bottom of the tray would be able to hold the brownie mixture without dripping out of the "open bottom" pan since the plate just sits on it. My question was answered after the first use. I found crusted burnt brownie mix all over the bottom of my oven. I am going to continue using this because it will cut the brownies to a perfect size and they easily slide off the pan but make sure to place the pan on a baking sheet while baking to avoid a mess.Customer Review: Love This Product

This product is wonderful. Makes great brownies. Have used a mix as well as a recipe such as that on the Baker's Chocolate Package. Brownies are moist and done just perfectly. Holds a 13x9 recipe. I use a nonstick spray and put a cookie sheet under to hold everything steady. Never had a problem with dripping or release of brownies from pan. You can decorate and change flavors individually. Makes a great presentation. No problem with pan bending or warping. I'm here to get another so I can bake two batches at once. Love this pan!
