The Good---
I had been user a sharper image contour pillow and the foam on that pillow was poor quality compared to this pillow. The Sharper image pillow had flattened out only after a couple of years of use. Obviously this pillow is new and only time will tell if it holds up, but I can tell that the quality of this pillow is much better than that of the Sharper image brand.
The Bad---
Nothing bad but like all foam pillows you have to let it air out for about 24-48 hours before use because of the new foam smell.

The microscopic Phase Change Material (PCM) beads sense whether the body's mean temperature is too warm or too cool. If the body's temperature is too warm, the product absorbs heat and feels cool in order to regulate body temperature. If the body's temperature is too cool, the product releases heat and feels warm in order to regulate the body temperature. Carpenter Co.'s Iso?Cool products feature the highest available concentration of PCMs, making them extremely effective. Iso?Cool pillows are available in two luxurious and supportive fills: spiral-spun polyester and visco-elastic foam.
