I LOVE these pans! I have baked several layer cakes in these and all have turned out well. The pans are heavy, which prevents burning, and have wonderful handles that make them easy to put into and take out of the oven. All the cakes have released easily (I do use vegetable spray). Clean up is, as they say, a breeze! If you are looking to replace or add to your cake pan collection, I highly recommend that you invest in these pans! You'll be glad that you did!

This 9-inch round pan is handy for making a German chocolate cake for the family or a layered berry tart for the office. The light gray finish assists in temperature control, which means that crusts and toppings come out deliciously moist instead of dry and crispy.
