When I first used silpat when I made my PUMPKIN roll, I didnt expect too much from it. I make about 10 pumpkin roll around thanksgiving and Christmas, and I always hated the time it took to grease the pan and then put wax paper and then after baking, tearing the wax paper off was just a job I didnt like too much. I ruined a few pumpkin rolls using that method. My first experience with silpat was great. I didnt have to grease anything and the pumpkin roll came off without any problem. Now I can make them anytime i want to because it is sooooooo easy. I am going to buy more silpats for baking because one is not
