I read the other reviews and maybe it doesn't work if you don't use it from the beginning. I have 2 fairly new Le creuset pieces and if I can't get something out of the bottom I use a small amount and it comes right out.including the stains. I can't say if it would work if I hadn't been using it from the beginning. I do know that after cooking a soup there was what appeared to be a stain after washin the pot and this cleaner took it back to new. I am happy with the product.Customer Review: Save Your Money

This product does not clean or remove stains. It acts more like a polish. I had hoped it would help restore the beautiful colored finish on my grill pan but no luck. I got my money back and I'm getting used to the dark stains.
