As I got more and more involved with cooking, I began looking for decent chef knives to assist me in my new culinary endeavors. I finally settled on the Shun knives and I absolutely love them. They have a great balance and these three are just about perfect for any task I have to do.

I have a set for myself had them for 3 years now. They only need to be sharpened once a year and the company will put a factory edge back on it for free, just have to ship them to them.
