I got one refurbished.
The ad said cools off to 42 degrees but the one I had only went down to 47 after being plugged in for 12 hours and a outside ambient temperature of 70 degrees.

I mean, it's OK for drinks, maybe. But I won't leave insulin or a tuna sandwich in it.
