I have had this microwave for several months now, about 5, and we really LOVE it. It is very easy to keep clean. Cooks baked potatoes like nobody's business, which really supprised me, and reheats really well. Looks very nice and is stainless all around. Easy to get into the habit of entering the cook time before we shut the door, or just press enter for one minute cooking. So very happy with this purchase. It is a good unit and does all that we expect it to do.
The stainless steel outside is a bit difficult to clean.
That is a minor complaint. The unit is highly functional, large enough to handle our cooking needs, and small enough not to take up too much space in our small apartment.
The oven was easy to order and received quickly as promised. Great service!
So far, we are most satisfied.

The microwave had a strong review from others. It is quite attractive with the stainless steel. In actuality, the steel covers up what looks and feels like an ordinary inexpensive microwave. That said, it works great. The power is strong. The buttons are easy to push. Needed to return the first one because of a strange vibration. A replacement was immediately sent and it works perfectly. I also ran into the "glue from hell" problem. Fortunately I was aware of this from previous reviews, so I did not try my usual next choice: denatured alcohol. I did some online search and somebody suggested baby oil, which worked like a charm. The only down side is cleaning the baby oil off the front afterwards. Overall this microwave feels "clank-ier" than my previous Sharp carousel, and the buttons are harder to push.Customer Review: RoundHillVA

Sleek looking compact microwave is easy to use, has all the standard settings you need, and a few amenities found on larger microwaves. My problem was with shipping. I ordered my microwave and it showed up terribly damaged. The return process was very smooth I am pleased to say. However, the replacement microwave showed up damaged as well. More quality control is needed between manufacturer and customer.
