"AWESOME item! I use to go to Keva Juice & Jamba Juice but not anymore! I make my own. I blend my favorite frozen fruits, a 1/2 banana, an Activia yogurt, and elation's that has glucosamine in it for my old joints :) a bit of water, blend all; I leave a 1/2 inch space from the top for freezer expansion & freeze them all on Sunday, ready for me to grab & go-for my lunch at work!THANX SELLER :)
