Customer Review: Nice chairs especially for the cost

I ordered these chairs a couple of months ago. I had ordered, so I thought, light oak chairs but received dark oak chairs. The company was very good to deal with to get the right ones sent out to me. I was worried they would not exchange them given it was difficult to prove/decipher if it was my error or theirs. However, they never hesitated to correct the issue and send me the light oak chairs. I cannot say how easy or difficult it was to assemble them as my 75 year old parents took care of it for me while I ran out to take care of some errands. All I know is that I came back 2-3 hours later and the chairs were all assembled and ready to go. They did not comment that they had any difficulty putting them together. The light oak chairs are not a perfect match for my kitchen table but they are close enough. They are smaller than the originals but they still look appropriate with the table. They seem sturdy enough and I am pleased with the purchase. I really have no complaints regarding the quality of the chairs or the company that sent them.
