I've been looking for these small whisks for a couple years, and not finding them in cooking stores, or anywhere else. My old ones that I accumulated over the years had rusted, so I wanted to replace them. Sure, they could be sturdier, but for the times that I want a small whisk (1-2 eggs, one cup of white sauce, etc), I'm not putting industrial loads on them. They're great for getting down into the corners of a small pan, to bring in the all of the ingredients. I actually use the 5 inch more often than the 7 inch, and usually grab it at least twice per week. I'm just so glad to have finally found replacements for my old ones. Maybe I'll get several more sets, to replace these in 10 years.
