I ordered a table and a set of 2 chairs from this company. The table came in with a couple of scratches on the base portion or it, even though it looked like it was wrapped pretty good. The problems came with the chairs. While building one of the chairs the portion that holds the seat did not align to the back of the chair. The set also had two washer missing from it. I called the company and they had great customer service. I got the part shipped out by Fedex in a few days. When I opened the package, the part was the wrong finish and I had to streatch the part to fit to the back of the table. All in all the set looks great but they really need to provided better checks and balances in the wearhouse where the parts are being made and shipped out. When spending hundreds of dollars on an iteam, customers expect to get a great and new product with no scraches or missing parts.
