Customer Review: Adorable Childs Starter set

This starter set is adorable! The pictures are very professional and crisp and will go with any kitchen decor. I love the story printed on the plate, bowl and cup. Itll give something to do while little ones await their dinner. The weight is just right...not flimsy like many starter sets. The cup is sized just right for little hands to grasp. The handle is curved so that it conforms to little hands thus easier grasping. However..my complaint is that the bowl has a wide lip that takes up much of its size therefor not as much can fit in the bowl and its harder to scoop food on the spoon with the rounded lip. And it would be nice if it was a microwavable product. Other than that I'm very pleased with this set and look forward to saving it to pass on to my son as a baby heirloom...and the box that it comes in looks like thats just what it was made for...for heirlooms. The box looks like a huge story book and can stand alone as a treasure of baby items box or to put the set back in for storage after baby/child has outgrown the set. All in all.. I love this set.

Untie the satin ribbon and open the book cover to reveal a three-piece children's dinnerware set of plate, bowl, and cup. The 9-inch plate features a picture of Papa Bunny pushing a wheelbarrow and a story about a little rabbit asking to go with him. The 6-inch bowl, which holds about 6 ounces, features a scene of three squirrels trying to read a letter. The 6-ounce cup depicts Mama Bunny baking acorn cakes with the help of a little squirrel. The dishes are made of 100 percent melamine, which is break-resistant and dishwasher-safe (top rack only). Do not put them in the microwave. --Doree ArmstrongTableware
