Timeless beauty coupled with state-of-the-art technology is the hallmark of Scanpan Fusion 5 Stainless Steel cookware. Perfect heat distribution is essential for any cooking task. Scanpan Fusion 5 uses 5-ply construction, with a three-layer aluminum and alloy core that extends all the way to the rim of the cookware. The result is enhanced heat distribution up the sides and throughout the pan body. The aluminum core is fused between an 18/10 stainless layer for the interior and top quality 18/0 stainless layer for the exterior. Inside capacity markings help with quick and easy measurements for recipes. Scanpan Fusion CS 5 features solid-cast, comfortable stainless handles, which stay cooler longer.
