Description of Sassafras 13-Inch Round Clay Pizza Stone with Rack
Producing a dry heat, this pizza stone absorbs moisture and recreates the results of a true stone pizza oven. It retains and distributes heat more effectively than the traditional aluminum or steel baking pans and keeps food warm, even after it comes out of the oven, which makes it very helpful during meals. This stone works well with croissants, rolls, and other bread products, and the set includes a recipe booklet and a serving rack so that you can easily lift pizza or breads out of the oven and onto the dining table.
