Sasaki windswept is unusual in shape. Almost and octagon, which means it is easy to grasp.
If you are a top chef, the swirl gives a special opportunity for design flair. The soup bowls have a large rim, great for garnishes, bread, crackers, or ?
The cups are delicate and thin..great to drink from.
I love the white on white look.
I love the fact it is microwave and dishwasher safe.
Made in Indonesia.
This replaces some ONEIDA Palm Springs made in china where the plates were rocky. Palms by Oneida should be embarrassed to sell such garbage.
