Customer Review: Overall OK, but strong plastic smell

The machine works fine, although the design of the coffee pot is a little bulky. You have to carry the filter around with the glass pot.
The biggest problem was the strong plastic smell of the brewed coffee, which didn't go away even after several times of brewing. The water container and all internal plastic tubes release this smell into the hot water and you taste/smell it later in the coffee. As it didn't go away after several days of use, we returned the machine.
