I purchased this grill last month and used it several times. It heats up fast, cleans up real easy. I like the grill marks on steaks and burgers. When I grill I put some liquid smoke on both sides of the meat to give it that outdoor grill smell. No more standing outside in the rain,snow,wind for me, no sir, I will do it inside with my Sanyo HPS - SG2 indoor barbeque grill. I'm not good a figuring dimensions in square inches, so didn't have a feel for how large this was going to be. From the picture, I thought it would be for 2 small, filet mignon type steaks, and grilled vegetable to go with them. It is much larger than I imagined, so haven't used it yet. I would return it for a smaller size, or one with a combo flat surface grill, if one was available.Customer Review: No-smoke grill, not quite

First of all, you do need to keep your exhaust on and/or keep the nearby windows open to avoid tripping the smoke alarm.
As for the cooking, yes it grills well. A nice alternative to frying and microwaving food all the time. I have cooked chicken, pork-chops and steak on it and they have all come out nice. Pre-marinating the food helps a lot in reducing the cooking time.

Grill is easy to assemble and clean. I grilled vegetables (marinated in oil and balsamic vinegar) the first night that I got it. They tasted like grilled veges. The next night I grilled shrimp and they did very well.
I am looking forward to grilling chicken and steak.
My kitchen is small but I found a space for the grill as I plan to use it often.

I previously had another grill that literally was a pain in the hand (kept getting burned on it), and then luckily one day it self destructed!!!! yea!
So I went shopping on Amazon for a new one and found this one. WOW I love it. It is so much easier to use than my old one. And the cleaning is so simple.
Try it you Will like it!
