I got the Santa Fe Quesadilla maker and love it. When I saw this, I thought that it would be a great addition to my kitchen. It is! I like fajitas and this is great for that, but it also works as a buffet for parties, keeping foods warm during a meal, or you can even eat off of it when you're having a cozy dinner for 2.
