The yogurt is kept at a constant temperature until it is creamy and delicious . The seven individual cups makes it easy to keep each family member happy with just the right amount per serving. I purchased the Salton Yogurt Maker. I love it. It makes wonderful yogurt. It's much cheaper to make your own at home, without any artificial preservatives or additives. I have been using this product for over a month now and I love it!. The yogurt comes out very creamy. It beats commercially made yogurts by a mile. The homemade yogurt does not have or taste rubbery. The directions are very easy to follow.

I love this yogurt maker, and for the price it's great! The only reason I'm ranking it a 4-star is because high quality yogurt is supposed to made at 110 degrees, and I believe this machine heats at around 140. Still the yogurt comes out thick and smooth and wonderful!Customer Review: Yogurt Maker

My last Salton finally bit the dust. I only had it for 31 years. I tried to make my own yogurt by using a heating pad but it was too time consuming to watch the thermometer every 15 minutes so I asked Santa for this one. I'm glad I did. I am completely satisfied.
