My wife and I split cooking chores. I find it very easy with the information that came with the steamer to fix dinner. I can put veggies in one section, meat in another and maybe rice in the third. After setting the times for each of the foods and starting the cooking process, I don,t have to keep checking or setting timers to remember when to start cooking the next item. Delivery - Good, accept UPS just left in snow on porch.
Amazon Associated - Finding, purchasing, etc. went very well.
Unit works nicely. Wife loves it. Healthy cooking. Cooks quite fast. Can cook main and side dishes at same time.
Clean up takes a little while. Could've designed the plastic cover handle a little better. Hard to reach places to wash and dry.

Works nicely, pretty fast : 10 to 20 minutes for most vegetables and fishes. I did not use it to cook rice so far.
Easy to fill-up during cooking, easy to wash. A very nice feature is the delayed start for the compartments programmed with a shorter cooking time. Every thing is ready at the same time!
Pretty large, nice if you cook for a family, a little bit overkill for one or 2 people

This machine works surprisingly well. I am able to prepare a complete meal without having to hang over it during the cooking time as I would on a stove or in an oven. The flavours of the foods do not intermingle; each pocket of food maintains its own taste. This is an excellent product made by Salton. It is, however, very large; not an appliance you'll casually have resting permanently on a kitchen counter. Based on the selling price I currently see, it is being offered at an incredible discount. Just bear in mind that steamed meat may not have much eye appeal to many.
