While being an ok magnifier, this is most definatley NOT a 30x magnifier, its much more like 10x, so that being said I cannot give this a good review because the item is not as described.
BEWARE, if you are looking for a 30x magnifier this is not for you, however, if a 10x will do than this would be a fine buy.

Good for the money. Plus: clear bright LED light. Cons: The magnification info is false. It is more likely 10x insted of 30x after I compared with several other magnifiers I hvae. I am disappointed b/ I already have a good 10x. BTW, the 20x loupe made by the same company is also no better than 10x. Buyer beaware.Customer Review: Power 30X (Approximately)

The Loupe is great, but as soon as i got it, on the outside of the box it says that its approximately 30X. I also ordered the 10X & 20X combo and this one is as strong as the 20X. One way you can use them is to place them in front of any digital camara lence to be aible to get really good close ups. see photos.Customer Review: Very helpful product, great for numerous jobs

For the few bucks I paid for this Loupe, it's helped me tremendously. I bought it for a research job I had that saved me from having to calibrate a microscope every time I polished a sample (too frequently!) It is also good for numerous other things around the house. This product, despite being manufactured in China, seems to be quite a useful tool. Easy to manipulate and with a good 30x magnification lens this loupe is a good tool for the low price at which I acquired it. Excelent for examining jewelry or to be used for your particular hobby when needed.
