I was really excited to order this; I've been wanting a krumkake iron for a while, and ended up choosing this one because it was cast-iron, not aluminium, and was a stove-top one, which gets around any electrical issues (I'm an Aussie who has recently moved to the US after spending four years in the UK... we have all manner of appliance issues!)
However, I wasn't happy with the quality of this, not to mention it arrived broken (snapped clean through just below one of the hinges) - it just didn't look like quality, and the promised krumkake roller cone was missing. The 'recipe' was there, but is a mis-spelled, mis-typed three line thing on a scrap of paper! Just cheap and disappointing all round. We have filled in all the forms for a return and refund; I will be looking elsewhere when I try to purchase one of these in the future.
