some would say "review replacement gaskets?" but then i would tell them "yeh, amazon keeps emailing me about it so i guess i better, also im waiting for pizza"
when you blow out yr blender motor, or if you dont have one, get a hex head bit from any hardware store, take in the blade to get a snug fit, put on drill (adjustable is preferred but not as fun) voila! gnarly blender.
also, really want to impress her? use mason jars instead of the played out pitcher

These are rubber so you have to make sure you have them on correctly when operating the blender, if they get on wrong, they could get caught in the blade and snap really easily. I thought they'd be sturdy, but the new blenders don't have sturdy materials anymore. I bought an old version of the Oster blender 10 speed on ebay from the 1980s and am going to use these pieces in case something screws up.Customer Review: yup, they're rubber rings alright

well when i couldn't find my oster blender gasket,aka rubber ring,for like a month.i decided to make sure that never happened again.hence this purchase.now i have a back up in case one falls into the compost hole in our kitchen(not shortly after my rings arrived did i find the original in the compost) or gets eaten by the blender(which has happened).it's good to know i have a spare or three.Customer Review: You get what you pay for

Other sets include 2 rings for a slightly higher price. Those rings are made with a smoother material and are thicker and will withstand a lot of use and even abuse.
This 3 pack is made of a very cheap material. They work, but I don't expect them to last very long. I'd rather pay more for solid goods that don't feel cheap and will withstand some average use.

Eventually everybody has to replace the gasket on their blender (unless of course you like leaks). This product works as well as the original and I liked the fact that you get 3 gaskets for such a reasonable price. I was on Optifast for a while and I had to drink meal replacement shakes 6 times a day but with the 3 pack I always had a gasket clean and dry and ready to use.
