I'm shaking my head in disbelief at the bad reviews on this one. This little steamer has changed my life. I've been using it almost daily for months now, and it never ceases to amaze me. It takes about a second to heat up. Okay, maybe half a minute? All I know is, when I need it, it is there and ready. I fill the little tube, snap it on, plug it in and BAM. It literally almost instantly takes out every wrinkle I go over. As one reveiwer said, it goes places no iron can go. It gets all the little nooks and crannies in shoulders and crotches, pocket-areas, button-areas...just run this steamer by it and GONE. No more wrinkles. I've had zero problems with any dripping, spitting, burning etc. The water tube being small is my only frustration, because I'm often concerned I will run out of water and need to refill. But, each work day I can successfully get a whole outfit ready without a problem. I usually only have to re-fill if I change my mind and want to wear something else that also happens to be wrinkled. It's a two-handed job, as you do have to hold the fabric taut for this to work but I think that's how it is with all steamers? I LOVE THIS LITTLE STEAMER. LOVE IT. IRON? WHAT'S THAT?
