- Adjustable blade removed the required thickness of skin from the asparagus
- Handle is round, can be used comfortably with the left or right hand

Rosle Asparagus PeelerThis product works well. However, I found a nice sharp paring knife works just as good. This, however is safer, no cut fingers. I use it, and like it. Would I purchase it again.....No.
