I bought my Mother a Rosle Garlic Press. She was so pleased, I ended up buying one for myself. After using it, I decided to buy other Rosle products, like the pastry brush. This pastry brush is just as amazing as all the other Rosle products I have purchased. The bristles dont come out, and it cleans up very nicely. Rosle's having such good quality products, keeps me purchasing, not only for myself, but for others. The pastry brush also makes a wonderful gift.
Description of Rosle 1.4-Inch Pastry Brush
The head of the Pastry Brush is from pure natural bristle. Rounded corners allow precise spreading of glazes and decorative finishes. Available in different widths. With wire handle. Like all Rosle Tools, this one is made by a team of engineers and artisans who combine the best of both worlds spending days, months or sometimes years developing and designing each of their tools to exacting standards and specifications.One of Rösle's superb kitchen utensils, this 9-1/4-inch brush has a dense head of natural bristles 1 inch wide and 1.4 inches long for applying egg washes, melted butter or chocolate, and glazes to all manner of pastry. The bristles' front edges curve to permit precise work, making this brush ideal for delicate decorating. The brush has a wire, rustproof, 18/10 stainless-steel handle with a hanging loop so it can be conveniently stored on a hook in Rösle's Open Kitchen system of basic rails and Gridwalls or hung on any hook or peg. A plastic connector between the bristles and handle resists food acids. All Rösle products are dishwasher-safe, and carry a lifetime warranty against defects. --Fred Brack
