I'm using it for cooking in the fireplace. It is the only one I found that has an adjustable height. The two different positions are perfect for using it in a fireplace, since you have a limiting amount of space and charcoal. Great buy.

This heavy duty cooking grate with adjustable height positions is designed to fit in a standard fireplace, at the campsite or even in the backyard. The sturdy steel grate adjusts to three different heights from 5 inch to 14 inch depending on your heat source needs. Grill is made from steel with a high temp food grade enamel finish.
