We purchased this online only having seen pictures and reviews, and were not disappointed. It came with everything needed to mount it (I measured, pre-drilled holes into studs, and set it up) and definitely changed the look of my kitchen. Now the pots and pans that were sitting in the cabinets hang from the rack and nicely accent the kitchen.
It looks more expensive when it's hanging there laden with pans than it is. The build quality is good, and when we paint our kitchen to change its color, it will still look good (our rack is black).
Now all we need to do is get some nicer looking pans for display.
