I ordered the glasses as a gift. I did not open the boxes. You can imagine my embarrassment when my sister opened her present and only one glass was in a box of supposely two. The replacement and return policies are complicated and expensive so I decided to absorb the cost of replacing it myself, but will be extremely wary of ordering Riedel again. Julia Miller

The glasses are machine-made in Europe by renowned glassmakers and feature a faceted stem with tiered decorations at the top and base.
