Customer Review: Misleading photo
Summary: 3 Stars
You can't really tell from the picture, but there is no bottom to the pan. The glazed/colored part is really just a short cylinder onto which either the flat griddle or slotted grill plates fit. Also, contrary to the description above stating that it can be used on gas or electric stoves, the instructions that come with the item clearly state they only recommend use with gas stoves. As I have an electric range I have not yet decided if I will even attempt to try the roaster out.
