Customer Review: This is a great stovetop item!
Summary: 5 Stars
I use this on my stovetop constantly! It fits perfectly over two of my gas burners and heats the entire (large!) surface evenly. The grill side is great for cooking burgers, chicken, carne asada, grilling peppers & veggies, etc., and the flat griddle side is terrific for pancakes (obviously) and toasted sandwiches. Very easy to clean and tucks away nicely too.

Winner of the 2007 Outstanding Restaurant Award for his Frontera Grill in Chicago, this is Rick's third James Beard Award in his culinary career.
