Customer Review: Going back to stainless steel

This pan is beautiful but not very functional. It's VERY heavy and difficult to lift without using two hands. The handle gets very hot, so make sure to use a pot holder. I would say that it's better suited for simmering/bubbly dishes that don't start with browning ingredients or searing. Tiny scratches in the enamel appeared the first time I used it (plastic utensils) and that's a huge disappointment! I bought the Rick Bayless grill/griddle also and that has worked wonderfully.
