I bought a brand new, out of the box Rex machine very similar (if not the same model) as this one, and it didn't work even right out of the box!
And apparently I am not alone, many people who buy these machines say they don't work even when brand new.
They shake a lot, overheat easy, and are generally not a very good quality machine.
Don't waste your money!
