Description of Revere Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Bottom 10-Piece Set
This 10-piece cookware set offers versatility, beauty, and practicality, represents a fine value, and outfits a kitchen for most cooking needs. Made of handsome, mirror-finish, 18/10 stainless steel, each of the stovetop pieces has an aluminum disk in its bottom to spread heat quickly and evenly. The disk is sandwiched between layers of stainless steel, so the cooking surface still provides an easy cleanup. The set consists of three covered saucepans (1, 1-1/2, and 2 quarts); a covered 6-quart stockpot for simmering stocks, soup, and chili; a 9-inch nonstick skillet; and a 1-1/2-quart steamer insert for cooking seafood and vegetables in moist heat. The phenolic handles and knobs are oven safe to 350 degrees F, and the pans, steamer insert, and skillet have handle loops for hanging on hooks or pegs.
