This is the best frying pan I have ever had. Nothing sticks. Everything turns out perfectly. It cooks evenly. The handle is perfectly shaped and proportioned to the hand. The pan is balanced, not heavy on the side away from the handle. It is feather-light, not a heavy clunker that wears you out just lifting it. (An elderly person cares greatly about the weight of utensils, but I think all women care about that aspect as well.) It cleans up so easily, just a few wipes because nothing, absolutely nothing, sticks. I use a flexible spatula to protect the surface, of course. The size is fine for a couple of eggs with bacon, or a few fried potatoes. Don't waste your money, as I did for my entire life, on the poorly designed skillets that come with famous chefs' names or huge advertising budgets. Revere is the only one you will want if you once try it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM. AND THE PRICE WAS REALLY EXCELLENT. I love buying from Amazon. Besides the prices, I have never been left in the lurch waiting for a product.
