Ordered this to simplify prep of a turkey breast at Thanksgiving. Filling a couple of the spice bags with lemon, onions, carrots, a bay leaf or two put inside/under the turkey, put in the roaster or oven -- presto! you have a super moist turkey breast, with NO MESS.
I am not the greatest cook in the world ( far from it, in fact) but preparing a bird or breast this way is goof proof. You can even wash and re-use the spice bags! Really a nice item. Go for it, you will be happy that you did!
