The Green Pod has three recycling bags (pods). When full, all the recycling bags can be secured inside by zipping up the Green Pod, or individual bags can be detach from their velcro attachments and then taken to the recycling depot.
The glass recycling bag has a cushioned base to help prevent glass from shattering when droped inside. The sides are reinforced with plastic sheets so that the bag will not easy tear.
The Green Pod has four grip pads at the bottom for extra stability and handles for easy carrying.
The three smaller, but generous recycling bags have discreet symbols. The Green Pod is very durable, wipeable, packable and portable. for paper, glass and plastic.
Although the Pods are designed to be used without the use of plastic bags, standard shopping bags will fit inside.

The green pod was given to me as a present as I like to think of myself as a 'green' person trying to help our planet survive! I have bought at least 4 different types of recycling items over the last 2 years but they always bust and don't live up to the sales pitch so i gave up and went back to black bags! A friend gave me a pod and I've since ordered 4 for neighbours, a friend and my mum, more importantly, work - they are just SO wasteful at work! Every business could do with a recycling pod as it genuinely does make a difference and does make people think twice about being wasteful. The pod took ALL of our rubbish after a massive sorting out indoors prior to our house move. People at work thought it was really great and they are going to get their own - makes a great present too. My mum swears by it as it is so useful and compact for her and she doesn't get in a muddle any more in sorting everything out. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased I've got something which works. Sue
