As with all clay bakeware fron Reco I am once again delighted with the way this performs. The breads I make are old family recipes and for years I used Grandma's old metal pans and that was fine but over the years those old pans have started to fail. Since I started using the clay bakers the crust turn an even golden brown top and bottom AND I don't have to worry about lining the pans any more. Love this bread baker.
