I purchased the Reco International Vegetable Baker and find it works well for meals for two people -- stews and vegetables came out delicious. I put it into my toaster-oven which turns off after the total time has elapsed. I can pre-prepare a meal and it is ready when I return. I have the 10 lb clay cooker for turkey and chicken, however, when cooking for just 2 people, this size fits perfect in the convection toaster oven. I use it for everything, not just veggies. Would recommend to anyone who likes to cook in clay pots.Customer Review: Nice pot

Just throw washed vegetables in, drizzle olive oil and bake for approx. an hour - so easy and the veggies are not dried out.
