I do it every week and the compliments keep coming.

If you are thinking about getting a clay pot cooker, GET ONE OF THESE!! GET SOME OTHER ONES, TOO, OF DIFFERENT SIZES!! They are great to cook with. Have gotten a great deal of use out of my new clay baker. I have even made outstanding sourdough bread in it! A very nice addition to my other kitchen tools. Romertopf clay baker--what's not to love? I got my first one in the 70s when I was a lass. Now I'm a crone, and this is my second. Fabulous meats and veggies, wonderful crusty bread, decorative and practical. I loved it then, I love it now.
