This book has a lot of recipes, but only a few that I would be interested in using. I would recommend rather that you track down a copy of the Sales Clay-Pot Cookbook. That's the bad news. The good news is that if you like tasty food that's easy to prepare, you definitely want to get some clay pots to cook with. You could use this book to grasp the concept of claypot cooking and go from there.
