Customer Review: Disappointed that Rachael would tie her name to these dishes. These dishes will RUIN your table even without cooking with them!

This Bubble and Brown cookware was placed on our dining table directly out of the box and completely RUINED our dining room table. It had not yet been used in any way...it was simply put in the center of our table with some fruit inside as a center piece. We contacted Meyer corporation and provided photographic evidence as well as a statement about what happened. After 3 days, their response? "In the care instructions it states that you should put a cloth underneath it to avoid damage to your table. We deny any liability". Really?! You know that your product destroys tables and you bury that knowledge within the booklet inside the box? They then had the audacity to offer me a 35% off coupon for anything off their site! Get real. This is unacceptable customer service and Rachael Ray should be ashamed to be attached to a company that doesn't stand behind a product with her name on it.
