Customer Review: Very nice! Love the ladle!!

I like this pan & lid. I got it to go with Rachael Ray's signature series pan set in oval. I was disappointed by the lightness of this pan just because by comparison to the ones I bought were heavier and I had hoped this would match well. But that is my own expectation. Aside from that, this pan is easy to clean. Food cooks extremely well and evenly in this pan. We can finally cook pasta in this pan and not worry that there isn't enough room for all of the rotini, etc., to expand! Two very nice features are that we received a ladle and side scraper that are appropriate to the types of materials that can be used in this pan...which does not allow for any metals to be used or placed inside while awaiting cleaning time. I watched the Rachael Ray show earlier this week and she actually uses the scraper in the hot pan while she cooks. Interesting. I just use mine to get all of the batter out of bowls. The ladle is huge so you will love that when it comes time to fill plates or store leftovers. Makes the job go by soooo fast! Also, the pan and lid have the rubbery components so you don't have to burn yourself or wear an oven mitt. This is so helpful and save you from having to keep oven mitts on the counter if you are running short of room anyhow. Overall, I would buy this set again, and already my daughter has requested a set for herself as she plans to make chilli in it and not run out of room! Enjoy!
