I bought this for my brownie baking company -- I break a LOT of of 10-lb tablets of chocolate -- and the first time I put it into a tablet of chocolate, the tines bent! I'd give it 0 stars if that were possible.
Don't waste your hard-earned cash. This must be one of those "kitchen toys" that are functionally useless, intended for people who don't cook but want the kitchen to look as though they know what they're doing.
