I ordered this product from Amazon. I received an email from Amazon that UPS informed them that it was damaged in shipment and was being sent back. Instead of having the company reship it Amazon gave me a credit to my account. I go back to reorder the same item and find out the price had been increased. Why Amazon did not have the shipper reship it at the same price I do not know. I sent an email message to Amazon requesting why they would not do it? They said they had no control over outside vendors and they found other vendors who had the product for the same price. In the mean time I had to wait 3 days for my credit to show up. Well after 3 days I go to reorder the product from the vendors they had found me and the price had gone up. I complained to Amazon again and they gave me a $5 credit. I explain to Amazon that they should have a agreement with their vendors that in these cases they should reship it at the same price. I also told the Amazon Rep that in the future if I see something that is on the Amazon site that is sold by an outside vendor, I will go to the vendors site and order it from them if it is the same price. When I purchase something from a store here and get home and the product is damaged. I go back the next day and the price is up, the merchant will replace it at the same price. The Amazon website does not do this for outside vendors.
